Not financial advice
Nothing on Basketpad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coins on Basketpad are memecoins: highly speculative, often illiquid, and they can lose all their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.
What Basketpad is
A website and a server-run engine on top of Pump.fun. Coins are created and traded through Pump.fun's programs. Basketpad isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Pump.fun, Jupiter, or any issuer of a payout asset.
Risks
- Payouts come only from creator fees, so from trading volume. With little volume there is little or nothing to pay.
- Payout assets can lose value, be paused, frozen or restricted by their issuer, or lose liquidity. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties, track a price and are not shares held in your name. Some are not available to residents of certain countries, including the United States.
- Each round swaps at the market price of the moment, with slippage.
- The engine is a server-held wallet. Downtime, bugs, RPC failures or a compromised key could delay or stop rounds, or lose funds held between runs.
- Pump.fun can change its programs, fees or fee-sharing rules, which can change or break how Basketpad works.
- Rounds depend on on-chain holder data read at each run, a minimum hold time and minimum amounts. Not every holder is paid every round.
- Anyone can launch a coin. Basketpad doesn't vet coins, devs or their claims.
- Transactions on Solana are final.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet, what you sign, and for complying with the laws where you live. Don't use Basketpad where memecoins or token launches are restricted.
Privacy
Basketpad stores coin data (names, images, links, the dev wallet, the split and the basket) and public on-chain data. No account, no email, no tracking cookies. The theme, an unfinished launch form and the basket you are building are kept in your browser's local storage.
